EVENTS
Leagues
Seniors, men, women and couples enjoy leagues
through the summer. Prizes and fun round out assorted
formats that are often accompanied by great meals.
Call the Golf Shop for actual dates and times.
Couples Fun Golf
Couples Fun Golf takes place on Friday nights
throughout June, July and August.
This is a bi-weekly event that focuses on fun
and socializing while enjoying a relaxing evening
on the golf course. Dinner is served after the
golf. Check your newsletter or call the Pro Shop
for actual themes, dates and times.
Junior Golf
The Geneva Junior Golf program is a wonderful
program that teaches golf to juniors ages 5 to
17. We teach etiquette, putting, chipping, pitching,
irons, and driving. Our program stresses friendships
and fun for all. After a morning of golf followed
by lunch, all participants are invited to spend
an afternoon of swimming at the Geneva pool.
Junior Golf starts the first Friday of each summer
that school is out. Included in the program are
the Junior Golf Championship and Contest Day.
The program concludes in August with the Taco
Johns Junior Classic. Medals and trophies
are awarded and the children celebrate a summer
of fun on the golf course. Geneva is also a local
site qualifier for the Iowa PGA Drive, Chip
and Putt contest.
An added part of the program is the sponsor
a friend program. Geneva members and/or
juniors can invite a non member to join our program
for the summer!
